The guiding principle in setting up a dedicated space for nurturing the best musical talent is to provide ‘Better Chances For More Artistes’ and in so doing give their creative endeavours a better chance of breaking into the mainstream consciousness.

The system behind our principle is that new artistes sign to development contracts whereby we invest a little money and a lot of time into progressing all aspects of their careers – from recording and songwriting right through to performance, presentation and the ins and outs of the business (understanding contracts, release strategies, marketing, promotion, new technologies etc…).

In this way we believe we provide guidance and a vital stepping-stone for artistes attempting to bridge this increasingly large gap – indeed these days it is progressively more difficult for artistes of true originality to find a home for their talents and it is our aim to make our industry aware of the long-term career prospects of emerging talent.

We believe that the music industry community, in particular the major players in the recording industry, need to recognise the inherent dangers of short-term investment and that this can be achieved, in part, by injecting long term growth principles into our future business strategies. Simply put – investing in the development of long-term careers – believing in and supporting the emerging artistes of today, whilst giving them the time and space to become the stars of the future.
