Terms and Conditions

By proceeding beyond this point you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:-

1 Parties

This agreement is made between you and ie:music ltd, a limited company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered office is at Greenwood House, 4/7 Salisbury Court, London EC4 8BT.

2 Definitions

'the Forum' and 'Enquiry Form' means any part of the Website where a Member may display information which has not been supplied by ie:music, whether or not this part of the website is interactive in real time or not;

'the Content' means the software, artwork, layout, logos, marks, music, video and other elements of the Website other than the Data;

'the Data' means any information displayed at or acquired via the Website;

'ie:music' means ie:music ltd;

'Member' means any person registered as a user of the Website;

'Messages' mean any information posted in 'the Forum' other than by ie:music;

'the User' means you;

'the Website' means the website the homepage of which is currently found at www.iemusic.co.uk and any other webpages hosted by ie:music accessed solely from this website or any future incarnation of this website.

3 The User's Obligations

3.1 The User shall not use the Data or any of the Forum or Enquiry Forms in any manner likely to injure, offend or become a nuisance to ie:music or any Member and in particular the User shall not send so-called spam emails to ie:music or any Member.

3.2 The User shall not sell, republish or otherwise dispose of the Data or Content to third parties without the consent of the parties to which the Data relates.

3.3 The User shall not copy the Content without the permission of ie:music.

3.4 The User shall not use the Website, the Content or the Data in any unlawful manner.

4 Data Protection

4.1 ie:music may store, use and otherwise process Data relating to the User for the purposes of its own market research and any other use permitted by the applicable Data Protection laws but ie:music shall not supply the Data relating to the User to any third party without the User's permission.

4.2 ie:music may in its sole discretion delete any Messages posted by the User without reference to the User.

5 Liability and Indemnity

5.1 Neither ie:music nor any person associated with ie:music shall be liable for any loss caused to the User in connection with the Website. In particular, whilst reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the accuracy of Data, ie:music makes no warranty as to the accuracy of Data and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or the content of Messages.

5.2 The User warrants that the Data it supplies (if any) and any Messages posted by the User shall not be blasphemous, defamatory, deliberately or recklessly false or otherwise likely to injure or infringe the rights of any person and the User indemnifies ie:music for any loss caused to ie:music resulting from a breach of this warranty or any other undertaking under this agreement.

6 Governing Law

The laws of England shall govern this agreement and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
